- Typical Food: Tacos, Tortillas, Nachos with Guacamole and much more
Guatemala:

- Inhabitants: 13 Million People
- Currency: Quetzal
- Typical Food: Chiles rellenos (Stuffed chili peppers)
Honduras:
- Capital: Tegucigalpa
- Inhabitants: 8 Million People
- Currency: Lempira
- Typical Food: Baleadas (tortilla filled with mashed beans + other ingredients you like to add)
Nicaragua:
- Capital: Managua
- Inhabitants: 6 Million People
- Currency: Córdoba
- Typical Food: Gallo Pinto (Rice and beans)
Costa Rica:

- Inhabitants: 4 Million People
- Currency: Colón
- Typical Food: Casados (Rice, Beans, Salad, Plaintains, Tortilla + some fish or meat)

- Typical Food: Churrasco Italiano (A type of steak sandwich with tomato, avocado and usually lots of mayonnaise)
Argentina:

- Inhabitants: 40 Million People

- Typical Food: Asado a la Parrilla (Ribs grilled on a barbecue)
Brazil:
- Capital: Brasilia
- Inhabitants: 190 Million People
- Currency: Brazilian Real
- Typical Food: I did not try any in the short time I was there..
Uruguay:
- Capital: Montevideo
- Inhabitants: 3,5 Million People
- Currency: Uruguayan Peso
- Typical Food: Chivito (Steak sandwich with mayonnaise, olives, cheese, tomatoes and usually bacon, eggs, ham and french fries)
New Zealand:
- Capital: Wellington
- Inhabitants: 4,5 Million People
- Currency: New Zealand Dollar
- Typical Food: The traditional Maori way of cooking called Hangi is hard to get today. It involves digging a hole in the ground, heating stones in there, placing baskets of food on top of the stones and covering everything with earth for several hours before uncovering the hangi. What you can get everywhere though is Fish and Chips.

- Typical Food: Amok (Steam curried fish served in banana leaves)
